Service Description

Sister Circle Sessions are a safe space in which to unwind, laugh, cry, hug, drink tea, share our stories, off-load, listen, build sisterly bonds, meditate, practise intuitive exercises, learn, grow and heal. BENEFITS We all have a spiritual cup that needs filling regularly, and we know from experience that we can’t fill it with material things. Our cup can only be filled by experiences and relationships that nourish and enrich our souls. When our cup is full we reap the benefits of feeling calmer, confident and more centred. We have more energy, vitality, resilience and enthusiasm for life. Sister Circle is a fusion of many things that can help fill your cup; friendship, community, a variety of energy therapy modalities and the healing power of Mother Nature. When all of these things are combined, the energetic and healing effects are that much more powerful and noticeable. This fusion can… * Help reduce stress and anxiety * Improve mood and sleep, vitality and the feeling of aliveness * Improve individual energy awareness, intuition and discernment * Improve individual and group coherence and resonance with Source energy * Provide a shared and inspirational energetic or spiritual experience Studies show that being part of an in-person caring community that regularly shares mindfulness activities together can help us live longer, healthier and happier lives. WHAT WE DO * Meet & greet * Welcome and introductions * Create sacred space and make a beautiful centrepiece * Intention setting * Cacao or herbal tea ceremony * Group energy healing session * Small group intuition building practices * Fireside chat, and sharing experiences from the session * Establish & strengthen social connections WHAT TO BRING * Camping chair/cushion * Blanket * A simple offering for the centrepiece (flower, leaf, shell, feather, stone, etc.) * Crystal or pounamu to wear or hold during the healing (highly recommended) * Dowsing pendulum or oracle cards (optional) * Wear warm and comfortable clothing WHERE 140 Glengarry Road Glen Eden Auckland 0602 NEXT SESSION 21st Nov from 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
